Custom Inflatable Packers

If you require unique inflatable packers, we are able to custom build them for you. Whether you are after a particular diameter, length or pressure, all of our inflatable packers have lead the market in performance especially in the challenging Australian mining conditions. Under higher pressures, our packers have a higher inflation repetition rate, thus reducing interruptions of production time. As a result, the crew are able to perform more fractures in a single shift with less swapout time, hence increasing fraccing efficiency. ACIM also distribute high temperature packers of up to 150 degrees in standard sizes to all pressure ratings up to 10,000 psi.

Custom Data Logging

We also design and manufacture microprocessor controlled devices incorporating ‘intelligent instrumentation’ for data logging. This type of instrument can monitor its own performance in addition to taking displacement, force, and temperature or voltage readings as required. Benefit from applying various calibration factors when necessary and communicate with other networked instruments or a host computer to download recorded data.
